So, I just weighed myself. And my weight has been the exact same for a week and a half. I didn't gain and I didn't lose. However, Monday night and Tuesday night, I did go to the gym and did an intense work out. My first work out in probably 6 months. Could it be that with even 2 workouts, I gained some muscle and that's why I'm not losing?

You couldn't gain muscle after only two workouts, but your muscles are probably holding water while they repair themselves. Also, a week is not a long time, sometimes you have to wait a month to see results. Stick with it.

I've gone 2 weeks solid with eating clean and working out but still didn't see the scale move. Don't sweat it.....just keep doing what you are doing and you'll see it move....but don't just wait for the scale to show you progress!! How do you feel, look, your clothes....ect.

I feel good. I've just been stuck in and around the same weight for weeks now and it's getting a bit discouraging. Especially since I haven't eaten Anything bad or fatty. I've been completely clean with my diet.
  • a week and a half...

better change something before you need bifocals, hairdye and depends!

Well. I'm used to losing 2 pounds weekly. Period. So, it's a bit of a change.

since i don;t know your actual weight, this is a guess from your photos.

2 lbs a week is too much.
if you have less to lose, lose it slower.
    it works.
