If your not using this for sore muscles, your definitely missing out! Was introduced to it last month and I cannot believe I never had it before.

It burned my skin. Well not burned, but it was irritating to the point I had to wipe it off. But I've been known in the past to be sensitive to things like that (also plumping lip gloss burns me too).

the truth is; tiger balm and other ointments only distract you from the soreness, it actually does nothing for the soreness. I'm not knocking it. It's better than popping pills. cold/hot therapy and massages are better options.0
