Calories burned doing Wii Zumba

I did 45 mins of Zumba on the Wii today and it said I burned 509 calories. It was a pretty good work out but I'm thinking 509 calories sounds like a lot. Anyone have any idea how accurate Wii Zumba's calculations are?

    Regular zumba 390. I think with wifi should be a bit more intense...so you are probably right.
