Good exercise apps for the office?

I'm looking for a good exercise app for the office, something so I can do some sort of strength training or cardio in a limited space, in a few minutes. Any suggestions?
I downloaded Fitness@Work, which is terrible, and Ladies Office Workout which isn't too bad. It appears to be all strength, and I'd like to get some brisk movement in too.
Thanks!

I tried Skimble's Workout Trainer app for a while, though I used it at home and not the office. It was pretty good and I did get a good workout in. I don't have free weights at home, so I used soup cans. Free weights/hand weights would probably be more effective.
It was a decent app. I decided not to keep it because I go to the gym before work with a friend, but you might give it a try. There are photos and some videos to help describe the exercises. Note: the app will try to get you to upgrade to a membership, but that is not necessary to get good workouts with the app. Hope this helps.0
