I started a 12 week program on Monday from bodybuilding.com and of course there is a meal plan with it however I don't do the grocery shopping and I feel my current eating habits are very good! So will I see the same results without the meal plan and supplemts?

Eat what you want. Also keep in mind that the eating plan would be designed with a specific intent in mind (if the intent was to build muscle and bulk, it'd probably put you at a surplus). Realize that crappy food that doesn't give you enough energy won't fuel your workouts, and eat as you feel is appropriate for your goals.
For example, I'm doing stronglifts at a fairly high deficit, but I know that my deficit will affect strength gains, but with 70 lbs to lose, I'm ok with that because weight loss is my primary goal.0 -
I would say if you have a decent diet, the only thing I would take from the meal plan is the protein goal. MFP has a very low default protein intake.
