Upped my calorie goal a bit (experiences?)

My old one (which is also my BMR) was 1,380 but i'm CONSTANTLY hungry and that tends to lead to uncontrollable snacking/a lack of motivation. I upped my goal to 1,500 and plan sticking to what I'm doing now exercise wise (-200 per day from ACTUAL working out, I don't log walking/housework/errands etc.).
Does anyone else have experience with this? I'm a little bit worried that my metabolism might be sort of 'off' and I was just wondering if I run the risk of gaining back any weight?
Thanks!

I went up from netting 1200 to eating 1800-2200 but making sure I always at least netted my BMR (1460) and I lost 5 pounds in the first two weeks.
I am totally comfortable with a slower weight loss, it just felt so wrong to ignore my body when it told me it was hungry. I really think women are socialized to believe they are supposed to eat like birds and I reject that, haha. I do work out a lot though.0 -

I brought mine up by 200-300 (from 1200). I haven't gained any weight...just not losing as fast as I was at 1200.0

I was at 1200 and now am at 1350. I have lost 3 pounds this week. I do burn a minimum of 350 cals per day...0

Yes you will Definately loose weight! But to make your loss more effective. A calorie is not always a calorie. The more health foods you choose, the more weight you will loose because you are likely able to fast for longer periods of time because your body has the right nutrients. Also foods like grapefruit sizzle away fat. Eating is good, Life is good. Great question.0

Last week I adjusted my settings from 2 lbs a week (1,200 calories) to 1 lb a week (1,570 calories) and it ended a 2 week plateau where I was just kept going back and forth over the same pound over and over. Lose it, gain it, lose it, gain it.
I admit that I don't always eat as much as 1,570 a day, but just knowing that I can makes me feel much better emotionally. I think it was varying my calorie intake that broke the scale freeze. 1,200 calories every day, day in and day out, was mentally and physically exhausting and I couldn't see how I would keep it up over the long term. I lost 2 lbs since last week when I started eating 1300 to 1600 calories a day. I don't eat back exercise calories, but I rarely have them anyway. I wear a Fitbit all day and sometimes earn some calories if I do a lot of walking, but usually I just have my sedentary TDEE of 2,070 calories.0
