Targeted Fat loss??

I have two areas that are just hard to loose my back and my mid section. It's so frustrating that after loosing weight I still have my back roll and my muffin top.
Is it even possible to target fat loss??
I mainly jog/run for my workouts.

    From what I've heard you can do excercises that seem to be targeting those areas but it depends on your body. Unfortunately there is no such thing as spot reducing. Everyone is different. You'll lose weight everywhere but depending on your own body you may lose fat in one particular place or places than others. Trust me girl I have two kids and although I used to be super thin right after having them I can't seem to get rid of this newly added arm fat and stomach. :/ I'm trying any and every excercise to try though.
