I don't know what works for everyone else, but I do not eat back the calories that MFP says I can have because I worked out. I'm trying to lose weight, so I figure I'm exercising right not for 2 reasons. First to help me get healthier and second, to help me lose weight. When I hit my goal, then I will eat back those calories.

If you're going by the calories that MFP gives you, then you should eat your exercise calories back and net the amount that MFP has assigned. The MFP amount is already calculated to provide the appropriate deficit for the amount you say you want to lose based on your activity level. If you don't eat your calories back, then you're creating a larger deficit than you need. Food is fuel, and you want to make sure that you're netting enough calories for your body to properly support daily activities and exercise.
