Iffy history

Hi. I'm 23 and about to graduate from college. I always thought I'd lose the weight I gained early in college by now but I haven't yet. I had an eating disorder as a teen and have always been worried about trying to diet in a legitimate way. My efforts in the past have ended up too extreme to be healthy so I just stop. I'm committed to being healthy this time. I joined this with a friend. My original goal is 27 pounds and it may change later and it might just stay that. I'm excited to be part of a healthy, empowering group.

I'm 23 as well I just graduated in December and I'm working on getting rid of the weight I gained in college and then some. Feel free to add me as a friend, it's a big change from college to living on your own. I've found it easier to eat better and workout on a regular basis without classes and tons of homework getting in the way.0
