New to friends - Want to lose 30-40 lbs

I am motivated to lose the weight and workout. I have been running about 10-15 miles a week. Would like some help to stay motivated!

    10 to 15 miles a week it is a great accomplishment! I try to run every day also, been going up to 2 to 3 miles a day, 5 times a week. It really feels good having more endurance!

    I agree - it seems like when I'm running I don't want it to end. I try to run everyday as well but some people have recently told me I shouldn't be running that often and I need to run every other day?
