"I'd rather be fat and happy than skinny and grumpy" My friend put this on her status on Facebook I thought about replying with Temporary pleasure = long term pain. Sad that this is how the world can view health.
What are your excuses that you defy?

    Not completely related, but I have seen FB posts about how they are fat because they have so much personality it overspills. Insinuating skinny people have dull personalities. It urks me. Thats not the only one either.
