Today I hit first success in my weight loss goal.. I was never really fit or exercised.. so when I go for a run not even in one minute I would be falling over because It fault like my heart was going to jump out.. today my success doesn't lie in lossing weight but for the first time being able to run a complete mile..
Success doesn't always come in big steps.
