TDEE and BMR calculations

Looking at the various free on-line calculators for these numbers and comparing it to what MFP has calculated for me...has led to different numbers. MFP puts me TDEE-20% at 1640 a day, with mild exercise and 1800 with moderate. Yet all online BMR calculators say my BMR is 1642 a day. (5 ft 5 inches, 199 lbs, and 38 year old female). Half the week I have mild exercise because I'm not at work running around, and the other half I have moderate exercise. The issue I have is should I be eating at what MFP has decided, or should I base it more on the other TDEE calculators? I'm aiming for a pound a week, and jogging 6 days a week. Mildly jogging I should say; half the time I'm walking and usually for between 25-45 minutes. Exercise is counted in setting my activity level. Thanks for any advice.

MFP doesn't calculate TDEE. The exercise question it asks is only for the exercise page as a goal. No effect on calories. It asks you for an activity level based on your daily life without exercise. It also only does math and spews out a number based on what you tell it. It also expects you to eat back exercise calories.
If you want to use TDEE minus 20% (which is the setting for someone with a lot to lose) then you need to use a TDEE calculator, put in all your numbers and then you don't eat back exercise.0 -

This!
This is a good TDEE calculator, especially if you don't know if you should set things as active or lightly active or sedentary, etc... http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/0 -

It might explain a couple of things. Good luck0
