while i'm on it i would also like to point out that in the past two years I've suffered a major depression and then a withdrawal from the antidepressants, been supporting my parents through my fathers terminal cancer and living with the reality that I have to spend the next couple of years literally watching him die in front of my eyes, broken two toes and seriously sprained an ankle and a wrist, dealt with my best friend abandoning me because my life is too hard for her, and a few failed relationships, as well as the fact that I am asthmatic and have a pretty bad thyroid disorder. AND I'm a teacher, with all of the accompanying exhaustion, stress and time demands.

Why do I mention this? Because eventually things fall into place, the excuses and reasons, no matter how legitimate, get sidelined, and you just do it.

You can do it too :)

You should be PROUD of yourself! That is a huge accomplishment, I wish you the best on your journey.

That is fantastic - not bragging at all - shout it from the rooftops; I would! Glad you have come out the other end of a tough time still determined and motivated. Good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey.
