Muffin top, flabby arms, and cellulite on my hamstrings.

Well....I'm back. :]
I am going through somewhat of a severe health risk (not with weight, but with my liver) and I am trying to get back to being healthy.
I listed the things I really need to work on. I'm going to work on those points of interest while doing the Get Moving in March Challenge and the Bag End to Rivendell Milage Challenge. :]
Anyone have awesome motivational tips, pics, and exercises for those areas? Mainly hamstrings, I gotta get rid of that cellulite.
I know the basic squats and stuff, but anyone have anything more cardio-related? and not just walking/jogging.

I might be joining a kickboxing class or martial arts class again. I was 2 months away from my black belt years ago, then I had to move. :/
Needless to say, I'm not in that same shape, SO....:]
