Uh oh.. bake sale

So my boss asked me today, if I could make something for the bake sale this Friday ( everything we raise is going to the Animal Shelter, as we are volunteering there this month. Everyone picks one Saturday to volunteer there, and we can dress down everyday for 2 bucks a day to raise money etc. ). Initially I said yes, I'll make cup cakes.. Ehhh.. not so much, I don'tthink Ireally have that much will power.. lol.

She's making Veggie Pizza..

What's something healthy and easy to make and sell? any ideas?

You can find some great receipes for Splenda desserts on-line. Google Splenda cookies. Splenda's website actually has several receipes and they show you the nutrition info, so you don't have to calculate it.

Some kind of whole wheat/grain muffins would be good.
