i need a little motivation, after almost a week of bad food and gaining almost 2 pounds.
i havent been eating right, added too many sweets, and just didnt care enough about the diet...

Just remember we all have bad days, don't beat yourself up and keep moving towards your goal. You can do this!!0

i want 15 more pounds and have 14 more weeks left, so i really could do this...0 -
Just look at it like this two pounds will be easy to get rid may even be water weight so imagine if it we 20 instead of two and believe in yourself. You def can do this ... that last week is in the past and dont let it hurt but let it be a reminder of what you don't want. Again I say you can do it. Keep moving and when we do mess up bc we will ... remember moderation is key and not to go overboard. Hope you have a great day. Lyn
PS one tip that helps me I pray like seven times while in the gym God plz help me not to give up and keep going so I can reach my goal. It is not easy but it working0 -
I hear you! I also had a cheat day turn into cheat week and gained 2 pounds!!!
