Hello, hello! Looking to add ladies who lift!

I started the Stronglifts program last week and I'm enjoying it so far. :) I'd like to add more ladies (or dudes that aren't going to hit on me!) who lift because I feel that having a strong community on here is a key motivating factor. I've stuck with this healthy lifestyle for six months now and over the course of the first four I managed to lose 21 pounds, but now I'm working on gaining some more muscle.

    Hi! I’ve been doing stronglifts since the beginning of the year and I agree with you that having other with similar goals is the key to the challenges that lifting brings. Add me if you want (anybody can add me really.) I will like to encourage you to look for the Stronglifts 5x5 for women and the Girls Who Lift (&the Guys Who Spot Them) ‘s groups and introduce yourself there too. The groups are awesome and all the members rock! Good Luck and happy lifting. :happy:
