Cramp when running

Last year I completed couch25k, and have now signed up for a 10k, in 10 weeks time, the problem is I have now started getting cramp in my calf muscles after 5 minutes running, went running twice last week with no problems, but Sun morning it started, thought maybe it was because it was cold outside and I went out early, but on Tues I went later and it was warmer and had the same problem, then yesterday afternoon I was out walking and was late and walked up a short hill quite quick and could feel it starting again, so don't think it has anything to do with my muscles not being warmed up.
Has anyone got any advice about this, as am now getting really worried about the 10k.

Doing some stretching exercises helps, Google some exercises.Don't have much info. How often do you run?Your muscles seem to be over strained .Please take some rest and start just normal walking after your rest to check if you still have the pain.Little message might also help(just my advice).See a doctor if these don't help.Don't worry about the 10K, you still have time.Don't try to run everyday.0
