How fast did you lose at first? Those who had 100+ to lose)

I have about 175 to lose, and while I realize it will come off slower at the end (as it should to be maintained) I also realize that for someone starting out at 340, things are going to move faster than 2 pounds per week at first. How much weight have you lost total, have left to lose, and how fast did you lose at first?

I initially, without a LOT of effort, was losing 5-7 pounds of week... after about 3 or 4 weeks, it leveled off to 2-3 pounds a week with a good amount of effort...
now, months later, its about 10 pounds a month and thats with a GREAT amount of effort

Total weight loss till date : 80 lbs
Left to lose : 50 lbs
Starting weight : 301 lbs
Loss in first month : 19 lbs

The first week i lost over 5 kilos (11 pounds) but then it slowed down to 0.5-1 kilos (1-2 pounds a week) while id have the occassional week that exceeded that I never lost real high numbers consistently.
I had 94.9 kilos (209 pounds) to lose and have lost 81 kilos (179 pounds) of that so far0 -
I have 100lbs to lose.
Week 1 = 8lb
Week 2 = 2.5lb
Week 3 = 1.5lbs

Starting weight: ~ 323 lbs
Want to lose: 128 lbs
Lost in first 6 weeks: ~ 33 lbs (avg 5.5 lbs/week)

At the beginning I lost about 5 pounds a week, then after a month or so it leveled off and went down to 2 pounds. Once I hit around 40 left it was one pound a week, and now it's verrrrry slow.0

For the first year I lost 154 pounds. Some months I was losing 14 pounds but a couple were 18 pounds. I am 6 weeks away from 2 years and only lost another 45 pounds. Only 1.5 pounds lost this year so far but then I have only around 10 pounds to go That can take as long as it wants.

I have lost 75 pounds in 10 months. I lost 10 pounds per month pretty consistently for the first 5 months, and now it has slowed to about 5 pounds per month, or right at one pound per week. I have to work out harder now and watch every bite I take just to get that pound! I would like to lose another 35 pounds.0

started at 337, lost 150 in this past year.
it was 5-7 lbs per week for the first month and a half, then slowed 3-5 lbs per week.. now finally I've leveled off. In my head, I'd like to see another 10-20 lbs go, but if it doesn't, I'm okay with that too.0
