Stepping on a scale for the first time in 2 years!!

Hi my name is Sarah,

i am 5'8 and yesterday i would have said my weight was 165 maybe 170.

i just started working out about a month ago ZUMBA!! and i decided to give this diet thing a go. found this AMAZING FREE web sight and bought my first scale. But when i got on the scale and started logging my food from the day before i was SHOCKED and i got a little depressed.

But just from zumba i know i am slimming down and i am planning on keeping this annoying beautiful calorie tracker. But i would appreciate any type of advice (mostly about low fat/calorie food that fills me up because i am starving!!)

    hello, I am zeynep from Turkey.
    I am 5ft 3". I am 156Ib. I need to lose 25 Ibs. I started working out with Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred one and a half month ago but I just lost 4,5Ib as I didn't calculate how many calories I burn or take. I decided join you. I hope I'll get what I want then be fit.
