What would be the healthiest toppings to put on a baked potato for lunch?

  • Quark. And some salt for flavour . Failing that, cottage cheese. For the protein and the lasting satiety value.

And chives. Possibly diced fresh tomato. Or any fresh vegetables that take your fancy.

tuna, and throw a salad on the side
  • Instead of normal baked potato's.....

I've been having baked sweet potato's! They go much softer and are slightly healthier too!

With tuna & sweetcorn mmmmmmmmm xx

That depends on what else you are eating. Are you needing more fats in your day? More protein? More vitamins/minerals? One particular food item is not healthy or unhealthy. It's your diet as a whole that determines your nutrient intake.

Personally, I just like a little salt and butter on my baked potatoes. Sometimes I will add a little Greek yogurt. It depends on the rest of my diet for the day. If I'm lowish, I might add bacon or cheese as well.
