Can someone recommend a good beginning exercise program?

I have a gym membership, but no access to a pool. There are lots of good hills here for walking, but not many sidewalks. (I'm okay with that, if that's what I need to do. Not a big deal)
I'm mostly looking for a good "do these things on these days" program for weight training. I'm a beginner, but naturally pretty strong, definitely not your average beginner. lol

Strength training has a number of benefits, not the least of which is helping you lose weight and, of course, keeping your body strong. No matter what your goals are, strength training is an important component of your exercise program and it's never too late to start.0

I started doing this a couple weeks ago. I do cardio mostly on my off days, but sometimes I will do some light cardio on the days that I lift.
