anyone got any good excrises that work fab , on any areas on the body as would love to tone everywhere , arms.legs,, abdominal , ect , i normal walk alot and do an keep fit dvd but seem to be getting borded of them , dont have the money to go to an gym so trying to make my own at home :) so any ideas will be great ... love the ones which make you hurt like crazy the next day always know ive done them right when i feel the pain :):)

    I hike a lot in the spring and summer. I'm not sure you have anything near your house. I can burn 1200 or more calories for a 3 hour hike.

    They have a pushup challenge, a sit ups challenge, a pull ups challenge, and a squats challenge. I'm also doing couch 2 5 K and pilates.
