Any luck with the Paleo Diet?

Im currently vegan and noticing deficiencies in my diet especially when it comes to the B vitamins. Ive heard you shed fat faster on this diet since its so clean and natural, along with no grains! eek!Buto find something I need to follow so if youve had any luck or heard anything please let me know!

    It was extremely difficult to follow the Paleo diet as a vegan (for me). As it eliminates grains (including seed-like grains like quinoa), beans, and legumes. I didn't have any protein sources left! And yes, there is protein in everything but for someone like myself who lives an extremely active lifestyle, I loss strength. So I modified it to a "Vegan protein with Paleo carbs & fat". It was much more successful for me that way even though it was only 75% Paleo. I didn't lose my muscle while I got the benefits of the abundant, unprocessed fruits and veg.
