WE ARE STRONG!!

Life is so short.....we go through every day struggling to be happy; struggling to lose weight; struggling to eat right; struggling to get time to exercise and struggling to be happy.

People are mean; people are cruel......those that are skinny and pretty and "perfect" look down at us and think they are so much better than us because they have control of their life. They care about themselves and take care of themselves and we let ourselves go.....they are NOT better than me.....they are NOT a better child of God than I am.......just because something in their body allows them to be skinny; allows them to be pretty does not make them better than me.

It amazes me the people I run into during the day that will just look me up and down and not speak to me even though I smiled and said "Good Morning" or "Hello"......I promise they are not better than me and they are not better than you. If anything we are the better people because we know what it is like to struggle. We know what it is like to have to fight to lose weight; fight to not eat the wrong things and fight to find time to get the burn on so we can lose weight.....

Life is so short......I vow to make today a good day and smile at everyone I meet and say hello to even those that wish to judge me. I am a child of God and I am beautiful! God created me and God loves me just the way I am. God is proud of me and proud of you. God cries at our struggle and is in the cheering section cheering us on every step of this struggle and every step of this journey. I know I can do this and I know you can do this. We are STRONG!!!
