March (Fitness) Madness

Hey Everyone!! So I have decided that I really need to start getting up and exercising more. It is almost March, the weather is improving, the sun is shining, all good and happy things. However, I am not really where I wanted to be in March with my weight loss. I have lost since the beginning of the year, which is great, but not really at the rate that I wanted or hoped. The one thing I have noticed is that I am not being as diligent about exercise as I wanted to be when the year started.
Therefore, I have decided to really ramp it up for the month of March. Anyone can do something for 1 month. Right?
This is my goal:
Exercise twice a day, at least 30 minutes each time, 6 days a week (we all need a rest day).
Exercise can be anything that elevates your heart rate - whether it is a class at the gym, rock climbing, lifting weights, square dancing (which is definitely harder than you might think) - your choice!
I know this will be challenging some days if not most, which is why I would love for people to join me. Post what activities you are doing, motivate each other after those hard days when all you want to do is watch bad reality TV, keep each other honest.
Personally, I work currently from home as a consultant. I make my own schedule most days and have a ton of flexibility when it comes to being able to go to the gym or for a run. I really have no excuses, though I always find a way to make one. So for the month of March, the excuses are going away and activity is the name of the game! I hope you guys will join me! Things are so much easier when you have others sharing in your joy and pain (cause there will be painful days!).
P.S. When I say exercise twice a day, I mean twice each day - if you work out for 2 hours in the morning that is fantastic! But it doesn't get you off the hook for another piece of activity, whether a walk, yoga, etc, later in the day.
