"Whole foods" is not somehow synonymous with "Grain free."
We make the vast majority of our own bread, using sourdough method. Flour, water, yeast salt, honey. Four ingredients. Delicious (in moderation, of course).0 -

I like making whole foods, bean salads that I can eat cold. I take greek yogurt for a pre-lunch snack.
This is what I'm going to try for lunches the next few days.
