Obsessed with scale and discouraged!

I'm obsessed with my scale and sadly step on it every morning. I've had no movement all week and now I'm trying to figure out where I've gone wrong this week, I'm drinking more water, eating my calories, made changes in everything I eat. I just can't stop thinking, I will never make it to goal at this rate. Anyone else feel this way? Anyone have suggestions on what I can do to see some sort of loss? What about meals suggestions? Maybe I'm stuck in a rut! :frown:
