Hi there, I'm totally frustrated and annoyed today~No matter how good I eat and exercise the weight will not budge. I suspect that being on cymbalta has something to do with it.....age and hormones could be a thing too but I don't want to go down the hormone supplement route yet....anyone relate and better yet...has anyone OVERCOME this? The worst part is even though I don't lose if I eat any more I'd probably gain

I can totally relate! No matter how well I ate or how much exercise I did the weight would just not budge. It's a common side effect, a lot of people gain more weight because of the pills. It's tough, know that you're not the only one who has been frustrated by it! I really wish I had good advice to overcome the problem, for me it was going off the anti-depressants. Once I was off, I had much more success with weight loss. Unfortunately I know that's not an option for everyone.0
