To any rollerbladers

My exercise of choice is rollerblading. when I put it off, I fall into a slump where I don't eat, and end up losing weight (one med makes me not hungry). if I rollerblade, due to my history of skating, i can usually go for an hour or 2, up to 10 miles or more, and I average 8-10 mph. I am ravished the day after exercise. If i go faster but finish in a shorter time, I'm assuming I may still be clocking a significant amount of calories, but am I actually doing more than what MFP is actually computing if I say I do 1 hour at my body weight? Because there are just days where I need to eat and eat to get my energy back. I hope this all makes sense!
