I just made the most amazing breakfast smoothie. If you are interested here is what I did:

1 scoop GNC Total Lean, Vanilla Bean powder
8 oz. Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk
6 ice cubes
1 (4oz) pkg of Dannon Carb and Sugar Control Vanilla Cream Yogurt
3 med-lg strawberries
1in slice of pineapple (cored)

Blend well and ENJOY!!!!

Nutritional Value as follows per MFP:
Calories 254
Carbs 32
Fat 7
Protein 17
Sugars 12 (all fruit)
Sodium 161

My initial plan was to put 1/2 banana in it but I got so anxious I forgot about it. Tastes good even without it. Can't wait until blueberries go on sale so I can add those to it.

  • Let me know what you think of it!! Right now GNC has the Total Lean on sale buy 1 get 1 1/2 off...Not bad I bought one and it came with a $5 cpn so I will be there later in the week to take advantage of the sale, so it will only cost me $40 for 2 containers of it.
