I am deciding if i want to purchase either of these Michelle Dozios videos. I have been doing insanity but i would like some change. This seems fast paced and fun. Also i don't know which one to get and don't know the difference between the two. So would is y'all take on these videos?

Is there a different total body toning video someone would suggest?
