Am I at risk for a metabolic slow down?

I've recently discovered my BMR is about 1400 and my total TDEE on most days is about 1650-1700... Would someone be so kind to take a look at my diary and honestly tell me if I'm at risk of a slowdown? I'm looking to start cycling as well as doing Reg Parks 5x5 routine and I just want to make sure that my eating habits are in order.... Thanks :S Kinda nervous about the responses I'm gonna get, oh well xD
