    anyways honestly, when i signed up for this site i just wanted to count calories to see where i was at then i started seeing that you can build friendships and such on here and some people do actually have good advice.

I'm not saying stop - damn we are should be proud of how we look after working so hard - but c'mon humans are visual creatures & people are going to look, comment and befriend if its an attractive photo!
