A multi part one. Motivational and educational.

Besides some things that I knew, it also discusses some things about weight and metabolism and our satiation mechanisms.

Very helpful. For example, I did not know that 2 people of the exact same weight can eat the exact same lunch, but the person who was always that weight can eat up to 20% more than the person who lost the weight to get there. So yes, people who have always been skinny can eat more than those of us who lost weight and have to maintain.

It also goes into how obesity translates to disease...

Some episode parts (especially one on poverty and obesity) were shot in Bronx, area I've been too, that is very close to where I live and yet very different from area just half a mile away.

I just saw the episode of it named "Challenges", and I must say, it changed my mind from "it is ALL your personal responsibility" to "there is some institutional/government responsibility" for the obesity crisis.
