    I try to keep my friends to those who consume only negative calories...that way I can eat their calories too. After all, if they are on my friend list it must be beneficial to my weight loss goals, and it would be cruel of me NOT to pick up their slack.

    ^This is where I'm going wrong. Most of my MFP buddies actually eat their damn calories. :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:
