Ok so this site is about us wanting to be healthier versions of ourselves and on this journey we often feel quite bad about the way we may look, what we eat, what exercise we do etc so I wanted to start a thread about what you think the best things about you are, physically and personality wise I mean. Name as many great assets as you want to. "Big up yourself!"

Physically: I like my chest and my legs.

Personality: I am a very loyal friend but won't take any crap from anyone, I am fiery but with a sunny disposition and I am a good cook.

Physically I like my eyes. I like my butt more every day too. It's seen some definite improvement over the past few months.

Personality wise - I have great taste in music. lol. I think I'm a good friend - I'm very loyal.

when i was in college I used to have this shirt that said "don't hate me cause i'm awesome" and i would rock that shirt everywhere. still have it, and when i lose enough weight i will rock it again. (it's a bit too snug and short to be wearing right now)

I like my boobs the best. Even though they are big, they look good in most everything.
Personality wise I think I like my ability to get along with everyone. People always say I am pleasant to be around.
