My best yet NSV

I have needed a lot of encouragement, because the scale hasn't been moving at all. For almost the full month of 30DS I have lost about half a pound. However, my 18 year old son was home while I was doing my workout yesterday, he's a runner and very fit. And he said to me, "Mom, I am really proud of how hard you have worked, and you can really see you are getting stronger" It was music to my ears. Tomorrow is weigh in.

That is the best news EVER!!!! I presently have a 14 yo and trust me anything to come out of his mouth that isn't sarcasm or jerky is fantastic.

Just saying, I think that with 30DS you lose more inches than pounds. I don't measure myself but I know from the way my clothes fit I have tightened way up with 30DS, while the scale has hardly moved at all. Trust your son!! He can see those muscles!
