A New Week!

Well I have been on a Plateau now for about 4-5 weeks. I adjust my goal for weight loss and my calories the end of last week. Now today i shook up my weight routine and did a new Workout on the treadmill.
I alternated my upper and lower body to keep me moving more and not just going from station to station. I also decreased the number per reps and added a rep for the weights. don't know if this will really help but it does keep me moving more around the gym. I also did a new 'glut sculpting' routine on the treadmill. It burned about 200 cal for a 20 min routine and then i walked a mile just to walk some more. Wish me luck this Friday on Weight in Day!
