    I usually have tandoori chicken tikka and loads of salad. If I have 100g rice with it, it's 461.

    zero rice, zero naan. Stick with protein and veggies. And eat less than you normally would to be safe.

    I'd go for lentil soup with a side of (tomato or mint with coriander) chutney/rhaita (mint yoghurt) and possibly a portion (one serving) of the variety of flatbreads of your choosing, depending on the portion size@soup.

    Any meat cooked in tandoor is safe! Fish tikka or chicken tikka or kebabs ! You are good then :
