So far I had a lean cuisine pasta primevera with chicken and extra veggies usually 220 calories but I am logging in 175 since my daughter seemed intrigued and ate some of it. I will eat more later.
So far 475 cals for the day

    i had
    a can of tuna
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    1 cup cucumber sliced


    and i just had a very yummy smoothie with
    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup strawberries frozen
    1 100g activia vanilla yogurt
    and 1 cup 1% milk

    I had my usual salad:

    2 cups spring mix
    1 whole boiled egg
    1 boiled egg white
    2 slices of chicken bacon
    1/2 cup each of celery and cucumber
    thousand island dressing

    I can't seem to get enough. You'd think I'd be bored of it by now but I can't wait for lunch everyday so I can eat it!! I've got issues! lol

    I had chicken with pasta and sauce. Then I had a yogurt for dessert, it was good!

    I had the Kashi Lime Cilantro Shrimp and a little of the leftover potato salad I made on Sunday. By the way, I made the creamy french potato salad that I posted in the recipes. So good!!
  • I had a cup of Progresso Chicken and Rice Soup (only 100 calories and very good) and a piece of wheat bread (45cal) and a tbsp of peanut butter and I am very full! :)

    Half a cup of turkey salad
    turkey - chopped
    apple - chopped
    parsley - chopped
    tbl fat free yogurt
    tbl fat free mayo
    tbl mustard - dijon
    bell pepper - chopped
    scallions - chopped
    fresh ground pepper to taste

    8 - 7 seed crackers (each is about 1 inch square)

    200 calories
  • The school cafeteria's version of a gyro which basically is only a whole wheat pita, some tzatziki sauce, some roast beef lunch meat warmed up, some feta cheese, onions and some romaine lettuce, and a bag of sunchips. Although it isn't a 'traditional' gyro... they're pretty good. and fill me up for a long time.

    Subway 6" Chicken teryaki and baked BBQ lays

    Don't know if it is everywhere, but the Subways here have all their footlongs for $5!!! Now I just have to make sure I drag a friend along so I can make them eat the other half so I don't!!!!

    Delicious filling lunch today!

    1 cup of organic sweet corn soup (the kind that comes in the box from Trader Joe's), combined with
    1/4 cup frozen sweet corn
    1/4 cup frozen red peppers

    Heated it up, dropped in one Laughing Cow Lite cheese wedge and had it with a slice of 100% sprouted whole grain bread.

    Only 230 calories.

    1/2 can albacore tuna 87 cals
    2 wonder light wheat bread 80c
    2 tbs red. fat mayo 40cal
    1 pickle 15 cals.
    Total 222 cal
    697 so far. 603 left

    I had deli turkey breast on 100% whole grain bread and my home made bread and butter pickles. Snack will be sugar free jello with whipped topping
