Any suggestions for an Interesting health book

Options
So recently I read the book "Drop dead healthy" which is a magazine writer collecting his thoughts over two years while trying to become the "healthiest man alive". It is light hearted and a fun read, he doesn't try to be too judgemental of some of the things he tries to make himself healthier.

I found it a good reminder of trying to be healthy kind of book. I don't need a textbook, that will put me to sleep, but is there any recomendations for other light narrative type books people have read to help them keep health top of mind?

The other one I can think of is called "French Revolutions" where the author decides to get off the couch one day and try to follow the tour de France cycling route (not pre-training). It is funny with anecdoted like"If necessity is the mother of invention it is the grandmother of petty theft." when describing being out of food at the top of a mountain pass and needing something to get to his next rest stop.

So any ideas for me?
