So when you go to add food to your diary, what are the top four items on you "most used" list?
Mine are: 1) butter 2) skim milk 3)Yoplait Source 0 yogurt and 4)cheddar cheese.
When I started logging here I'd never have guessed these would be the foods I logged most. Some of it is because of the fact that 3 of the 4 do not carry a brand name or refer to a method of cooking. For instance, I eat a variety of breads so no one type hits my most used list.I eat raw carrots, cooked carrots and carrots mashed with turnip...so carrots are further down on my list. I am addicted to the individual servings of Yoplait Source 0 yogurt and log them all as peach because it makes no difference calorie wise and is easier. If I logged the various flavours the yogurt might not be so high on my most used list.
