Ideas for a dinner meal

Hi all! My cal count per day is at 1670. I'm not really sure of good meals (lunch/dinner) that can keep me under this limit and could use some examples! Most of the time I don't have time for breakfast so I drink lots of water in the morning and maybe a cup of 0 cal juice. Here's what I've had today. at ~10:00 am I had a peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread with maybe 2 tbs of peanut butter. at ~3:00 pm I had 4 egg whites and a bit of salt and pepper with a piece of lunch meat turkey. About how many calories have I had today and what is a good idea for something to eat at ~6:00 pm? Thanks in advance!
