Hello All!

Hello Everyone! :)

I'm 38, 5'4" & 228lbs. My goal weight for now is 175lbs.. needless to say, I have a ways to go!

I just started working out and eating WAY more healthy about 6 weeks ago.
The good news is, I'm down 15 lbs so far! :)

The bad news... I've found it hard to stay motivated over the past couple weeks...
My workouts have slacked off and my eating has picked up.

Luckily, I haven't gained any weight back... but I haven't lost anymore either.
So, when a co-worker suggested MFP, I jumped online and signed up!

I'm really hoping all of the inspirational success stories along with the meal and exercise tracking will help me hold myself accountable.

And maybe at the same time I can meet a few new friends that can help me stay motivated when I get a little lost along the way.
(and of course I would do the same!!! :))
