15 minute dinner....simples..yet yummy!!!!
cooked dinner for me and my mum tonight as she injured her shoulder and cant do much..she also didnt have much in kitchen as she cant go shopping....so i rustled up a surprisingly tasty dish which we both loved!!!! thought i'd share.........
pack of low fat supernoodles
tin of tuna
cherry tomatoes
cucumber
garlic
onion
soy sauce
sweet chilli sauce
lettuce
prepare the noodles but dont add the flavouring (lower calories)
whilst these are boiling.....cut in half cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber, chop small onion and garlic (i used 2 cloves)
stir fry onions garlic, then add tomatoes...followed by cucumber (yep cooked cucumber)
add the tuna flakes, season....then add some sweet chilli sauce (just enough to coat)
drain any excess water from noodles...lightly coat noodles in soy sauce
prepare a bed of lettuce of a plate and top with noodles followed by tuna mix
my mum grated on some parmesan and said it was delish...but i passed on the cheese.
it was so quick and simple but my mum made me write it down as she wants it again

Nice.
I used to do something like this.0 -

not all low calorie, but usually yummy, and adaptable. I always check out new cookbooks at the library before I decide if they're worth buying.0 -
