Fluid Intake

Do you count zero calorie no caffine fluids intakes as your water itake? Or is your water intake strickly H20?

    Mine is strictly H2O.
  • I don't if they are something like diet coke. I do if it is water with Mio in it.

    As long as your goal is to get more water in your system and you succed then i guess maybe.

    I personally just log water as bottled water, or tea or cofee (some frown on this) or water with mio. if I get water from other sources such as food or milk, or juice or pop i guess it is a bonus.

    I only count water as water. If it has calories, I log it so it counts towards my daily goals. For me, that includes any sodas, teas, or coffee.

    I believe you should only count water as water. My reason is if it has additives it has solutes in it and as such is different than water. But that is just my nurses training kicking in, LOL.

    only water for me, I probably could include unsweetened tea in it too but I typically don't
