Choosing a snack to round out calories

It's the end of the day, I've had dinner, and I still have calories left. My fat is maxed out, and I still need to eat 300 more calories.
Any advice on what snacks fit the bill, and healthy snacks in general? This happens fairly often for me, so snack suggestions are wonderful!

  • fat free yogurt, fat free milk, fat free cheesestick, etc. all of which are full of protein too :)
