Even if I don't eat any sweets (cookies, brownies, etc) , if I eat fruits such as apples, I suddenly exceed my daily sugar recommendation! (even with one Fuji apple)
Does anybody have this problem? Should I stop eating fruits?

Yeah, personally I just ignore the sugar because I personally think it is unrealistically low. As long as you don't go crazy on fruit, you should be fine but don't stop eating it! You can go into your diary settings and change what you track. You might wanna replace sugar with sodium, which I personally find more beneficial0

I did some research and apparently MFP only assigns you a limit for added sugar. Sugar from fruits is fine, just don't overdo it 2-3 servings of fruit a day is good I think0
